Addiction & Mental Health: CAC-AD

Professional/Bio:

For over 16 years, I’ve worked alongside people navigating some of the most challenging and transformative aspects of life. My passion for this work comes from witnessing how resilient we are when given the space to heal. I’m here to hold that space with compassion, honesty, and maybe even a little laughter when the moment calls for it.

Throughout my career, I’ve supported adolescents, adults, couples, and families through addiction, trauma, and emotional burnout. I’ve worked across inpatient programs, outpatient centers, private practice, and community services, and I bring that depth of experience into every session.

Clinically, I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed care, all tailored to the individual. But I never lead with the manual. I lead with the person in front of me.

My approach is both structured and flexible, grounded in evidence, but never rigid. I believe healing requires space to explore, tools to build awareness, and the occasional reminder not to take ourselves too seriously. I’ve found that a well-timed moment of humor can open doors that hours of analysis sometimes can’t.

I care deeply about helping people feel safe, seen, and reconnected, not just with others, but with themselves as well. I believe recovery is more than getting back to who you were. It’s about stepping into who you’re becoming.

If seeing the personal side helps you determine if were a good fit, go ahead and contact me for a free consultation. If you’re ready to jump into therapy, that is welcomed too.
